Ingredients: Centaurea cyanus (cornflowers)*, Calendula officinalis (calendula) flowers*,Matricaria chamomilla (chamomile) flowers*, Rosa damascena (rose) petals*, Lavandula angustifolia (lavender) buds*, Ocimum sp. (tulsi) leaf*, Mentha piperita (peppermint) leaf*,Rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) leaf*, Aloysia citriodora (lemon verbena) leaf*, Plantago major (plantain) leaf*, Azadirachta indica (neem) leaf*, Urtica dioica (nettle) leaf*
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Place 1-2 TBSP of the herbal blend in a large bowl. Pour steaming water over the herbs. Position face over the bowl and cover with a towel to seal in the herbal steam. Remain over steam with eyes closed for 10-15 minutes. Take a deep breath and enjoy this moment of serenity! For best results, follow with a mask.
